ABOUT ME

Experience and Passion

For the past 7 years, I have self coached my own bodybuilding journey including 2 successful competition preps. Bodybuilding is my true passion and I have completely dedicated myself to chasing progression and self-researching nonstop over the years, taking no voluntary breaks and allowing nothing to get in my way. Through countless massing and cutting phases, I've transformed myself from a scrawny 115lb distance runner into what you see today. At my most recent bodybuilding competition this year, I competed in both Classic Physique and Men's Physique, winning the Men's Physique Overall title, 1st in Classic Physique Open Class B, and 2nd Overall in the Classic Physique.

 

Throughout the years I have casually coached and written programs for people around me and for the past 1.5 years I have been training all kinds of clients in person. I have always been extremely detail oriented and consider any and all factors when it comes to one's progress in bodybuilding and fitness, and with my focus on helping others the past few years, I have further expanded my knowledge and adaptability to cater to clients of all kinds of backgrounds and conditions.
